The villa is well equipped and furnished in traditional style with its own charm and atmosphere. It benefits from the additional comfort of double glazing and air-conditioning. Extensive terraces, patio and barbecue area and well established colourful gardens surround the villa with the remaining acre left with olive, almond, fig and carob trees.The pool is very private and can be gated for the safety of young children.It can also be heated on request for year-round use. The villa has a superb roof terrace with table and chairs and numerous colourful pots-perfect for evening drinks watching the spectacular sun sets. Several restaurants, tennis courts and a small shop are within walking distance.
