Four hectares of wild wood, garden, fruit trees and extra pure water source belonging to the house. 15 minutes driving from Todi, only two minutes from the nearest village with bar, supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy, natural food and wine, skilled hairdresser and a very special, not expensive restaurant.
