The Bungalow is a one storey stone house built in the Mani style with its traditional tile roof. It is fully furnished in a manner that captures the best features of a village home. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a well supplied kitchen, and a spacious living room with a charming fireplace. There is a small covered veranda opening off the kitchen. The house is surrounded on two sides by an extensive flagstone patio flanked by mulberry trees. Because the entrance and front patio area face an open field, it provides a very high degree of privacy. It can sleep up to 5 persons and is very well suited for families with small children. It has satellite TV and wifi connection as well. Although the great majority of people visit during the high season, because of the mild winter climate, the Bungalow is ideal for off season vacations and/or over wintering. We will make a special price for off season stays.

The Bungalow, together with Villa Sofia, is situated in a 1,900 sq. m. garden with a variety of trees (fig, orange, lemon, tangerine, pomegranate, banana, etc.) We also have available for your use 2 sunbeds and a small grill to better take advatage of the garden. Stoupa is a small village built around three bays. Two of them have fine, sandy beaches. The third has small pebbles and is ideal for snorkeling. The clear blue waters make it an ideal place for any water activity such as swimming, snorkeling, etc. Kayaks, small boats, and pedaloes are available for rental during the season. The village is well known as a family vacation spot and there are various tavernas, gift shops, cafes, and a pharmacy available.
The Mani peninsula is considered one of the most beautiful areas of Greece. It combines majestic mountains with crystal clear seas. It is dotted with numerous stone villages, the majority of which are comprised of the famous Mani tower houses. Mani has remained unspoiled mainly because it was off the beaten path during the 80s when the big wave of tourism and development came to Greece.
The beautiful Tayegetos mountain range protects the region of Stoupa from the cold north winds. It is open to the warm moist winds from Africa, so it has one of the mildest winter climates of continental Europe. Because of this, it is ideal for off season visits. If you plan a stay of more than two weeks, you are sure to have warm sunny days in which to relax, hike, and enjoy the breath taking scenery and countless wildflowers that can be found everwhere.
