| Casa II is a spacious 3 bedroomed villa with private swimming pool, patio and garden and secure parking. There is a large living and dining room area with separate fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor contains the master bedroom, en-suite and balcony with sea views - also two further bedrooms with balconies and a main bathroom. At roof level there is a large sun terrace with views to Marbella and Puerto Banus, Africa and Gibraltar. The beach is less than 100 yards from the house, while top class restaurants are within walking distance. There are also a no. of golf courses within 5--10km. |

The vila is located on the "Golden Mile" about 1 km. from Puerto Banus a nd 3km. from the delightful town of Marbella with its mixture of old and new . Gibralter is 1 hours drive and is well worth a visit--when in Gib. Morroco is only 30 ---50min away by ferry. Benhavis is about 6 km. away and it is renowed for its selection of restaurants--one visit is a must. If you have young children Spain caters for them extremely well with childrens playgrounds available in every town and also large Plazas which are very safe for playing in .

The villa is in a tremendous location,just 15 min walk and a 5 min.drive from Puerto Banus.It is a 15 min drive from the centre of Marbella.As well as the facilities already mentioned.we are just 5 min. fom the world famous tennis Club of Manolo Santana former Wimbeldon champion where one can obtain short term membership and avail of the coaching and facilities (tennis, paddle tennis, gym,swimming pool, restaurant)

Gibralter is just an houre drive away and one can also take a day trip to Morroco.
The Andalucian mountain range is also within easy reach. Here we find many old world traditional Spanish villages--one can sample traditional Spanish quisine here at very reasonable prices.

Puerto Banus has a world famous Casino which is open every evening--if you are visiting the casino make sure to bring your passport
The cities of Seville,Cadiz and Granada are all within reach.
There are up to 40 GOLF CLUBS within a 15 km. radius of the villa.
