| Formerly a traditional Gascon farmhouse, La Clé des Champs stands in a sunny elevated position, with good views of the lush hills of Gascony. It retains its original features, including exposed oak beams, large open fireplace and the traditional working kitchen. The large gardens at the back incorporate a beautiful pool (12m x 6m with roman steps), with lighting and extensive sunbathing terraces with sunloungers and parasols. |

The house is located in its own grounds (2/3 of an acre) with ample, safe parking space at the front and round the side. In front of the house is a large lawn area suitable for sporting activities, with some well-established trees to provide shade. The house itself consists of a comfortable sitting room (with video, hi-fi and satellite), a separate dining room, a spacious modern kitchen, a shower-room and a separate cloakroom with WC. The five bedrooms, four of which have en-suite shower-rooms, are tastefully decorated, with fitted carpets and are all on ground level. Behind the house is a terrace with an electric awning, a gas barbecue, garden tables and chairs, parasols and floodlight, perfect for eating al fresco.
