| La Aldea has been designed to resemble a Spanish village. Our house is on the upper level, close to a lighthouse and a designated area of natural beauty. Built on two floors with spacious rooms, balcony on lower floor and large terrace with barbeque on upper floor. Surrounded by well maintained grounds there is large communal pool. The local area has stunning scenery, many beaches, excellent restaurants and interesting towns and villages. Granada is 1 hour away with skiing at Sierra Nevada 1.5 hours away. |

The location of this house is extremely quiet and peaceful yet it is within walking distance of the village and marina with all their restaurants, bars and sporting facilities.

Costa Tropical has a special micro-climate with year long sunshine and high temperatures enabling the production of tropical fruits etc all year round. It is a much more peaceful and scenically beautiful costa than most of its neighbours which makes it popular with many Spanish who have their holiday homes here.

La Herradura provides all one could want from a beach type holiday but is perfectly located for other activities such as cycling, walking, sailing, diving, skiing or simply visiting the many pretty mountain villages in the region.

Both La Herradura and Almunecar provide many diverse restaurants with something for all tastes but particularly wonderful seafood. There are also comfortable, inviting bars but if you want a more lively nightlife you might find it a little dull - no nightclubs closer than Nerja!!
