Thanks to its geographical position, it is easy from the Farm to reach two of the most beautiful coastlines of Italy, those of Tuscany and Liguria (5 Terre).
|
|
|
This area of Tuscany, will seduce you for it's wonderful preserved natural beauty, it's medioeval charming, and for it's genuine typical food and good wines.
This side of the Lunigiana where many megalitic stone statues were discovered(are now in the Pontremoli Museum).
|
Lunigiana is not so far from the main Tuscan Art Cities. Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Massa, Carrara and others are easily reachable to visit on day trips, both by train and by car.
Just to make a note:Carrara is home of the infamous marble; marble used by Michelangelo for his sculptures.

The coast is only 35km from the farm; Portovenere, Lerici and San Terenzo, small fishing village, as the Cinque Terre, five typically Ligurian fishing towns built on a sheer-drop coastline. Further south you will find the wonderful sandy beaches of the Apuan-Versilian Coast.
