| The villa was built in 1930 in the typical style of the thirties. It was renovated in 1992 (pool construction, two bathrooms added, air-conditioning) but the architect kept the thirties style untouched. Outside, around the house, there are shaded dining or rest areas. The garden is all around the house (1 acre), and is planted with orange trees, rose laurels, cypresses, pines, olive trees and other exotic species. It’s green and in flower all year. The villa location guarantees absolute privacy.
