| This villa comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, an American style kitchen, open plan lounge/dining area, bathroom and naya (glazed veranda) upstairs. There is a large solarium giving spectacular views of the bay and sea and Mongo mountain. The is a grassed area around the pool with a 15ft trmpoline on the back terrace. Benidorm and Terra Mitica are about 25 miles away. Alicante airport is about 70 minutes, Valencia 75 minutes |

Downstairs and upstairs are not interconnected without taking the outside stairs. Downstairs is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, a shower/WC room, a lounge and kitchen/breakfast room. There is a sofabed in the lounge here. Also, there are 2 large terraces and a bowles/petanque court, 15ft trampoline, a private swimming pool with a grassed area around and a well maintained tropical/Mediterranean garden above the rear terrace. There is an outdoor shower and constructed babrbeque. The large electric front gates add to security while keeping any children within the grounds. A cot is available at the villa. This needs to be booked in advance but at no extra cost. The satelite system has a box for upstairs and downstairs and included BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & the basic sky package. A welcome pack is provided for arriving guests (including bread, beer, water, milk, tea and butter). bedding, beach and villa towels are provided
