| Air conditionned, the house is warm in winter and cool in summer, surrounded by trees and flowers.
Numerous excursions are possible by car, bus or boat (Epidaurus, Mycenes, Olympia, Mistra, caves of Dirou, towervillages of the Taigetos mountainrange).
Stoupa is a sweet village, with two beaches, charming restaurants serving good local wine and homecooking. Shops, groceries, coffeeshops and bars are also available, some of them directly on the beach. Mani, the homecoutry of Zorbas the Greek, is considered as one of the most beautiful areas of Greece, specially the whole coastline from Kardamili down to Trahila. Car, motorbike and bike rental is available in the village. |

In case of annulation between 6 weeks and 4 weeks before rental period the owner keeps the downpayment, between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before rental period the person who rents the propriety has to pay half of the price of the total rent to the owner, in case of annulation less then 2 weeks before rental period the total sum is due to the owner.
