| Supermarkets are 5 minutes drive away and a small local shop can be reached within 15 minutes walk. The villa is in excellent order throughout. Accommodation comprises two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with large sun terrace plus a separate annex with twin ensuite bedroom which is available when there is a group of 8 people staying at the villa. The swimming pool (6.5m x 4m) with optional heating has an outdoor shower. There is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facility. The garden is well maintained and the surrounding trees include orange, lemon, mandarin, fig, olive, mango, walnut, almond and pomegranate, along with grape vines. |

The spacious sitting room is comfortably furnished with TV and video and has
a dining area at one end with seating for 8 (plus high chair if required).
Log fire, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Plenty of in-house
entertainment i.e. board games,books, CD player, children's toys. Extra Sky
channels if you bring your own Sky card.
For larger groups, there's a completely separate and private two-bedroom
villa (Villa Maria - Property ref No: 3076) also with its own private pool,
garden and magnificent views.
Please note that rental rates are based on 6 people or less using the main house. If the annex is required for groups of 8 there will be an £80 per week additional charge. Pool heating is available at £50 per week. Aircon and internet included. Bedlinen and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels.
