Large lounge / diner; 3 bedrooms, one of which has French doors opening onto the secluded terrace and underlit pool. Well equipped kitchen, whilst outside is a shady barbecue area with lighting, perfect for day and evening use. |

Moraira is a small Spanish town, previously a fishing village, unspoilt by high-rise buildings and package tours. There are numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques. Moraira and El Portet beach offer safe blue flag bathing, whilst there are numerous activities nearby. Golf courses and numerous sandy beaches and rocky beaches are all close by. Within a short drive there is a variety of attractions: local festivals, historical monuments and quaint villages, Terra Mitika theme park, Aqualandia water park, safari park, Sea world and discos. Moraira has a weekly Spanish market, whilst daily markets can be found in other local villages and towns. Drive into the nearby hills and discover typical Spanish villages with shops, restaurants, tapas bars and local pottery. There are many beautiful walks with breathtaking views. Boat hire is available to explore the coastline of sandy beaches and coves. Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately an hours drive.

The rental charges cover water,electricity and gas, pre-arrival cleaning, bed linen, bath sheets, hand towels, and tea towels. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Please provide own beach and pool towels. Cots, with bedding, are available for hire at £20 per week. Change Over Day: Saturday A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. A refundable deposit of £150 is required with the final balance, refunded within 3 weeks of the end of the holiday, subject to any loss or damage.
