| The Villa and its private eight meter pool are built on a South-facing hillside allowing dramatic views of the Almijara Sierra Nature Park and the Torrox river valley descending to the Mediterranean. Villa Carmen del Monte is approached by its own private road through the avocado and olive groves owned by the property. The Villa is located on the coastal side of the Competa road allowing for a choice of beach or mountains. As it is only 400 mts from the road, it is secluded without being isolated without having to drive for miles over difficult tracks |

Villa Carmen del Monte is just one hour from Malaga airport via the new costal motorway. The Villa is situated in the hills between the coast at Nerja and the historic mountain town of Competa: It is 10 kms. from the coast and four kms. from Competa with its many restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. Being the costal side of Competa and at an entrance to the Sierra Almijara nature park, the Villa is perfect for walking in the mountains or lazing on the beach. As the Villa is only 300 metres from the Torrox - Competa road, you do not have to drive for miles over rough tracks, a common problem in this area. The South-facing Villa has dramatic views of the mountains and the Torrox river valley.

Villa Carmen del Monte has its own private eight by four meter pool. The property is located in olive groves owned by the property and features Mediterranean gardens around the Villa, terraces and pool areas overlooking the mountains. The panoramic views of the Almijara Sierra Park and the Torrox valley descending to the Mediterranean are breathtaking.
Villa Carmen del Monte accommodates seven people on two floors in two double, one twin and one single bedroom. There is a modern bathroom on each floor.

Both the Villa and pool areas have stunning views of the Sierra. The secluded, terrace, surrounded by arches, overlooks an eight by four meter pool immediately in front of the Villa, so that you can relax alongside the pool. The pool is fully tiled, with easy-access steps and is lit by underwater lighting. On one side of the pool is and al fresco dining area as well as a large free-standing BBQ.
Living Room & TV room
Villa Carmen del Monte has an eight metre living room with three double doors overlooking the Sierra Almajara. There is Sky TV to access all the main UK TV channels. The living room has a balcony, double doors to the patio and a wood burning stove for the Winter. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully-equipped and almost brand new.
