| The interiors have been furnished in an elegant, yet relaxed style and the property is ideal for family groups or just a couple looking for a private holiday. The swimming pool (8 x 5m) is furnished with seating and dining areas.
There is a supermarket within a 5 minute drive and many bars and restaurants in the main towns of Moraira and Javea.
Central heating for winter nights and air conditioning for the long summer days is available on request. Terra Mitica, the theme park attraction is 25 minutes drive away, with Sea World and Benidorms nightlife within easy reach. If you prefer a chilling out holiday, just relax by the pool and stroll around the lovely towns of Moraira or Javea in the evening. |

We had a fantastic holiday thanks. The villa was superb - it was like home
from home !! We had a couple of trips to the English Butchers Shop and found his meat to be superb ..... great for all our barbecues.
We will definitely look at returning

MORAIRA, originally a small fishing village within the municipality of Teulada, has pleasantly grown into a holiday resort within the last 25 years.
The centre, with its small and colourful Main Street, still retains much of the original character and atmosphere.
The geographical features provide an almost perfect location as the valley, which descends down to Moraira beach, is the meeting point of several mountain streams which continue to run out to sea, along the side of the beach itself, even during the hottest and driest August weather

Jávea, is a town of great beauty, magical landscapes, a haven of peace and serenity. Here, Nature has been so generous and splendid that it is difficult to find a similar place. The sea is pure blue, clean and revealing. The mountain, washed by the Mediterranean sea, offers us lush vegetation and many local species of flora and fauna.

The area enjoys a fine reputation for its gastronomy, with restaurants spread throughout the region offering the visitor a wide variety of menus and prices covering local gastronomic delights as well as international cuisine.
A good indicator of the quality of the local restaurants is the recommendation certain local establishments have earned in the prestigious Michelin guide - there are 8 Michelin recommended restaurants in the immediate area with three of them being star rated and not expensive either.
