Regarding the extra beds there are 2 sofa beds or divan beds. These will also benefit from the air condition for they are in a sort of sitting room near the bedrooms and in the windows which have a lot of sun. I am going to install sun screens so all upstairs will be air conditoned and in the living room downstairs where the walls are 3 feet thick it has natural air condition. The Iiving room is over 300 years old.

Sylvia's Millhouse

Because of its unique position on a Cliff Edge one can enjoy picturesque and breathtaking country views of the green irrigated valley of Lunzjata. This valley is a favourite spot for amateur painters. It is also of very ecological value and dates back from the time of the Knights of St John (1530) There is also a very old chapel just beneath the Millhouse and this chapel is dedicated to Our Lady of the Annunciation. In this small, quiet village of Kercem one can find two bakeries, 2 food stores only 3-5 minutes walk away from the Millhouse. Not far from the village Church which is dedicated to St Gregory one can find two bars. From the valley beneath the Millhouse one can buy fresh salads direct from the farmers. From the Millhouse terraces, pool area etc one can have a good view of the Citadel of Gozo.
