Roman steps lead into a secluded private pool, surrounded by a spacious sunny pool terrace (10x20 m) with pool shower, sun lounges, umbrella etc. Shade is provided by an adjoining, delightful, covered poolside terrace (12x5 m) with teak furniture and fridge. The large garden features mature mediterranean palm trees, plants and cactil. The fully equipped kitchen provides a breakfast bar and direct accesss to the sunny kitchen terrace overlooking the pool area. You will find a gas-fired barbecue there. Upstairs there is the large master bedroom (6x5m) with ensuite bathroom (toilet, double wash hand basin, bath) and direct accesss to the breakfast terrace. It is my favourite terrace equipped with garden furniture and umbrella, seating six. The two bedrooms downstairs share one big bathroom (toilet, double wash hand basin, shower) with direct access to the pool area. Paddle pool and lilo can be provided on request.
