| Villa Tranquila and its own private pool is built on one level nestling in a sheltered spot on a hillside looking west down a valley towards the coast. The villa is approached along a 2Km lane through olive and avocado groves. Enjoy the views of rolling country, mountains and the ambience of the 1 acre well tended garden and orchard. Unwind on sunny or shady terraces or get out and explore the local moorish white villages. Lots of attractions for foodies. Golf and other sports for the more active not far away. Plenty of walks direct from the villa along the many easy tracks or for the more ambitious visit the Sierra National Reserve just 30 minutes drive further inland. Malaga Airport 1 Hour. The villa has airconditioning and broadband connection. |

The 1 acre garden is a major feature, with intensive planting of trees, flowers and shrubs, giving superb colour and scent. It is a haven for birds and butterflies; you will enjoy the birdsong and you may also hear nightingales singing through the night - enchanting. Some birds you will recognise, robins, blackbirds, goldfinches, etc. many others, such as the hoopoe, you may see and hear for the first time. Aside from the main garden around the villa you can ascend the path up to the orchard where you can pick your own fruit. Continue to the top level through wild broom, rock roses, lavender and other natural plants and you will find a seat where you can enjoy a new view with Competa in the distance. The wild garden browns off and seeds in the heat of the summer, but the main garden and trees are irrigated.
