Light, airy and spacious, this property offers peace and tranquility for a relaxing retreat. Although only a 5-minute drive from Arenal beach, and even closer to the tennis courts and pools at Toscamar, it is situated in Toscal, a long-established area of villas with large gardens and no through-traffic. The lush lawn with automatic irrigation is complemented by olive, pomegranate, fig, apple and many more trees, shrubs and flowers, as well as very edible muscatel grapes. There is a walk-in barbecue with separate grills for meat and fish and also an outside shower.

More Local Information
The pueblo - or town centre - as well as the Yacht Club in the port are about a 5/10 minute drive from the villa, while the beautiful rocky cliffs of Cabo de la Nao and the gorgeous baylet of Granadella are at about the same distance in the opposite direction, so that it is well-placed for sight-seeing as well as window-shopping. Arenal beach provides all a family could need in terms of entertainment for adults as well as children. There's an adventure playground on the beach; a promenade between the beach and bars and restaurants, so that the children can be watched while you're having a drink ! Many activities are on offer: go-karting, scuba diving, sailing, riding, rambling, water-skiing, to name a few. Valencia, the 3rd City of Spain, is an hour away by car or train and is the venue for the forthcoming 2007 America's Cup. It is steeped in places of historical and cultural interest and well worth a visit.
