Casa Del Amor with its very large private pool being 11M X 7M with numerous sun terraces. The pool being fenced & gated for safety of children. The villa owner, who lives in lower dwelling have their own private terraces and rarely use the pool, if so, only doing so when pool/terraces are not in use by guests. There are 3 local restaurant/bars within walking distance and there are local shops, 3 minutes by car with more restaurants nearby. Calpe itself boats of many excellent shops, beaches, restaurants and bars. With Benidorm only 20 mins drive offering many attractions such as Aqualandia a water theme park, Terra Mitica and Mundomar (Marine World).

On entering the villa the lounge has 3 large arched windows with spectacular sea views and also of Calpe Rock. Wooden beams support the high ceiling. Air conditioning is installed in this room. The dining room is located off the lounge which again has spectacular sea views.
Casa Del Amor has a very impressive private pool, this being 11m X 7m which is much larger than the average size pool. The pool and terraces are fenced and gated making this a safety aspect for young children. Although the pool is share with owner - the owners use the pool/pool terraces (if at all) only when not in use by guests. Both owners and guests having their own private terraces.
Calpe itself boasts of many excellent shops, beaches, restaurants and bars. The most famous being Calpe Rock. Plenty of nearby attractions at Moraira, Altea and Benidorm all on the coastal strip. Jalon Valley, Gata and Guadalest being inlandbut all worth a visit.
Also there is Terra Mittica (theme park), Aqualandia a water theme park and Mundomar all within a 30 minute drive.
Alicante airport being approx 1 hrs drive away, Valencia airport approx 1 and a half hours drive and Murcia 2 hrs.
