The house is set on one level with a large sunny living/kitchen area. There are cool ceramic tiles throughout helping to keep the house cool in the heat of the summer. There are three bedrooms, two double and one twin. There is a large, spacious shower room which is fully tiled. Outside the house there is lots of space for energetic children to play. Also a barbeque and dining area for adults to relax and enjoy the views. A large terrace is situated on the roof of the property providing panoramic views.

The property is situated in a quiet location, 2 minutes above the small village of Puntalon, which has a few bars and a restaurant. Further down the road is the town of Motril and port where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to be explored. For those who enjoy the beaches there are a wide variety to choose from stretching for miles in both directions. Places of interest to visit include Granada with it's famous Alhambra palace, the caves of Nerja, the ski resort of Sol y Nieve in the Sierrra moutains and the wonderful white-washed villages of the Alpujarras. There are many places of interest to visit on the Costa Tropical or you could simply relax and enjoy the peace of the area with a glass of Rioja. An English person is on call 24 hours a day should you have any problems or require any assistance.
