| The Villa is situated about half way between Valencia and Alicante on the Costa Blanca (about 1 hours drive from either) and has superb views of the surrounding valley, hills and sea.It is the ideal retreat for a quiet family/friends holiday only 15 minutes from the beach; also most of the attractions of the Costa Blanca are within half an hours drive. The villa itself can sleep 4/6. Outside there is a private kidney shaped pool with extensive terracing, covered patio area and a heated shower. It has two bedrooms (master bedroom en-suite), main bathroom, kitchen, dining area and the main living room (where 2 people may sleep). |

The local town of Pego is a 5 minute drive and has supermarkets/restaurants and all the amenities you will require.Market day is Thursday morning.
Places of Interest
Benidorm with its many attractions (Terra Mitica and large water park) is approx 40 minutes away.
Altea. was a Phoenician port and is today one of Spain’s most memorable and tranquil towns.
Calpe. A former fishing village with a huge landmark rock.
Guadalest. The famed eagles nest fortress built by the Moors 1200 years ago.Spectacular views.
El Algar Waterfalls. Scenic waterfall.
Denia. Long sandy beaches and a castle, also has regular ferries to the Balearic Islands.
Valencia and Alicante are beautiful and historical Spanish towns that are both well worth a visit.
