As Europe's Finest Beach and Golf Resort, it is renowned for it's own two championship golf courses, tennis academy with 14 courts and 2 km of white sandy beach and spectacular coastline, as well as enjoying sunshine all year round. The resort offers some of the best sporting and leisure facilities in Europe and is within a 10-25 minute drive of many other golf courses that the Algarve is famous for. Owners notes
|
Rental charges may change & are for the villa as a 3 bed, 3 bath for upto 6 people. Use of the basement as extra living/bathroom space is available at an extra weekly charge to be agreed with the owners.(see 'Further Accommodation') Use of air conditioning is an extra weekly charge of £75. Heating to the pool is an extra weekly charge of £100. Bookings of only one week carry a charge of £40. Linen and bath towels are provided for bathroom use (bring own towels for beach & swim use).Rental includes Maid Service Mon-Fri. Normal bookings run from a Thursday.A 25% deposit will secure a booking.The balance is required 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period together with a £500 security/damage deposit which will be returned following confirmation that no damage has been incurred to the villa or its contents. Passport copies of all guests residing in the villa are also required.

Also on site: Vale do Lobo shopping, internal bus service, bank, supermarket, petrol station, medical centre and 24 hour security service ensuring a secure environment. As we are members of the Vale do Lobo Property Owners Club, our guests can purchase Resort Welcome Cards at a discounted price. Welcome cards entitle the holder to free use of the resort bus service and various discounts in the resort areas. Further details can be obtained from the owners on request.

Further accommodation: In addition to the three main bedrooms, further accommodation is available in the basement room (9 meters x 5 meters). the basement has natural light and an adjacent shower room. Two sofas are offered with TV,Sky and DVD. The basement can be used as an additional living area or as a further bedroom sleeping upto 4 people by way of a sofa bed and 2 collapsible single beds. Use of the basement facility carries an extra weekly charge which must be agreed with the owners at the time of booking.

Inside Storage: The basement hall area is available to all guests for storage of golf clubs, push chairs and other large items.
Outside: The garden is compact and offers small private kidney shaped pool (7 meters x 4 meters) and built-in barbecue with patio. Two electric sun awnings and ample garden furniture.
Equipment Hire: Weekly hire of cots, push chairs and playpens can be arranged for guests with toddlers.
Car hire/taxis: We can recommend car hire and taxi firms for those new to the area.
Resort Welcome Cards: As we are members of the Vale do Lobo Property Owners Club, our guests can purchase resort Welcome cards at a discounted price. These entitle the holder to free use of the resort bus service and various discounts within the resort areas. Further details can be obtained from the owners.
