Built in a green belt area the villa is very private with mature garden and large 10m x 5m pool with sunloungers, not overlooked. Large barbecue area and shaded vedandah for al fresco dining. The accommodation comprises of a large lounge with SAT TV, american style kitchen, 3 bedrooms one full bathroom and one shower room. The villa is 5 minutes drive from the centre of Moraira and 10 minutes from Javea where there are beautifull sandy beaches and rocky coves to discover. Restaurants shops and bars all within easy distance of the villa.
