The villa's impressive private grounds are flat, south facing, on one level with lawns and hedges, palms, flowering shrubs and colourful borders. Large private pool 11m x 5m, depth 0.5-2m with Roman steps, large tiled sun terrace with shower. Arenal sandy beach (2km) is a major centre of activity by day and night. With many excellent restaurants, bars, and night clubs on the street behind and market selling arts and crafts on the promenade.
Javea town is the prettiest on the Costa Blanca with narrow streets and traditional whitewash Spanish houses. Montgo Mountain provides a spectacular backdrop to the North. Javea's climate has been rated amongst the best in the world by the WHO.
Along the coast explore the pretty villages of Morarira, Altea and Calpe. Children like Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar Marine Park. Valencia has many fascinating sites. Bull fights every week in Ondara. Airports-90km from Alicante or 115km from Valencia Airport.
