The villa is in the unique, slightly inland position of enjoying an unobstructed view over the town, without being subjected to its noise. The neareast beach is exactly 1 mile distant. From Alicante airport, Moraira is 85 kilometres 1hour 15 min. & from Valencia 1hour 30 min.
At the side of the villa is a 'granny flat' with toilet & shower, double bedroom, complete kitchen and living room with TV & Eng. programs. It's available for holidaymakers wishing to share each others company and the pleasures of their own space.

Take a sailing trip along the coast on a catamaran from Denia viewing the rugged landscape of the Costa Blanca and have time for swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing along the way. Drive in your own car to the mountain village of Guadalest in a fortress village that dates back to the middle ages, overlooking the large scenic reservoir, stopping on route for a traditional meal at one of the many typical, village restaurants.

Benidorm is a 20 min. drive away. An evening theatre show at Benidorm Palace including dinner & wine is a must. During the day, enjoy the water sports of Aqualandia, or the spectacular dolphin performance and exotic animal park of Mundamar.
