The Villa is located above the coast. Perfectly placed for exploring the whole coastline. It is a 20 minute drive to Monaco a little further to the Italian border.There are beautiful Beaches in the picturesque bays of Villefranche and Beaulieu sur Mer, a coastal footpath will take you around the entire peninsula of Cap Ferrat with its rocky shoreline popular with Scuba divers. You could visit the Zoo or watch the sunset from the foot of
the Lighthouse. Why not try your hand at Sailing, Waterskiing, Paragliding or hire a Jetski ? The area has many art galleries and Theatres as well as the Opera in Nice or perhaps you'd prefer the famous Casino in Monaco.
Be sure not to miss the colourful narrow streets of Nice old town with its Flower market and many ancient
churches.
