The villa is situated approximately 5 minutes drive from the Spanish village of Pego and 15 minutes from Dénia with its wealth of quality shops, bars and restaurants. Down the road is a Safari park or 40 minutes drive to Benidorm with all of its attractions, including the Terra Mitica Theme Park, Benidorm Palace, Mundomar, Aqualandia etc. Travel inland for traditional village restaurants or coast-wards for bars and nightlife. The local area has supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and nearby prestigious EU Blue Flag beaches famous for their facilities and cleanliness. There are golf courses within 10 – 15 minute drive. A 5 minute stroll away is the Bella Vista Country Club with various facilities including crazy golf, children’s playground, bars and an exclusive restaurant. Try a breath-taking drive inland through the mountains or visit a 'Bodega' to sample the rich local wines. Or simply relax at the villa and dine 'al fresco' whilst enjoying the scenic views.
