Halfway between the pueblo (town-centre) and Montgo mountain, Xabia Blanca is perfectly situated to benefit from the 15/20-minute walk to the colourful market-place, the shops, bars and art galleries in front of it, as well as the nature reserves of Montgo and Cabo San Antonio behind it.
The peace and tranquility of Xabia Blanca are redolent of the deep countryside, with only the sound of birds and crickets in the summer. Yet
Javea's beaches of Arenal and the Yacht Club in the port are only a 5/10-minute drive from the bungalow, while the bustling town of Denia and its boats to Ibiza and the Balearics are just behind Montgo, a mere 10/15-minute drive away.
Cabo San Martin, seen from the terrace of the bungalow, is worth a visit too, not only for the spectacular scenery it offers, but also for the view, on a clear day, of Ibiza in the distance.
