| This air-conditioned apartment is on the third floor and can be accessed either by stairs or by means of a lift. The large South-West facing balcony to the rear is not overlooked. The North-East facing balcony overlooks the pool. All amenities are within a stone's throw - bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, taxis and a fantastic supermarket. The bus stops close to the local taxi rank, access to public transport for anyone wishing to visit Torrevieja, Alicante or historical port town of Cartagena. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with 2 single (3ft) beds & one double. Lounge comfortably sleeps two adults. There are pillows and blankets stored beneath the couch. There is a toddler section in the pool, at the rear of the apartment. |

The Local Market arrives each week and sets up close to the local shopping centre which is within walking distance of the apartment. A broad selection ranging from, fresh fruit & veg, cheese, foods, hardware, clothing, textiles and music is available.
Local wines can be purchased at very reasonable prices at the supermarket, there is also a specialist wine shop for the more adventurous.
Specialist clothes boutiques are all close by.
