Sambutecole is about 8km from the historic town of Amelia and 2km from the village of Sambutecole. The villa offers a great place to relax and get away from it all offering a good sized private pool. Optional maid service and someone to cook for you if you so desire!
Situated in southern Umbria it is a good location from which to tour the many beautful and interesting places Umbria has to offer.
For example: Rome is 45 minutes by train, By car: Orvieto 50 minutes, Spoleto 50 minutes, Perugia 1.5 hours,
Assisi 1.5 hours, Florence 2 hours. The main railway station is Orte and this has a regular service into Rome, and Florence. Apart from all this there are of course many small but just as beautiful, hill top towns and villages.
