A modern 3 bed 3 bath detached villa with solar heated private pool and full air conditioning. Bedroom1 with a double and bathroom ensuite, bedroom 2 twin beds and balcony, bedroom 3 with a double bed and a large balcony over looking pool and mountains, a large living room. Sleeps up to Twelve. The villa also has a well equipped kitchen (including dish washer ), 2 tiled bathroom (with bath/ shower), and one bathroom with a shower, large patio by large private pool(9m by 4m)..The Villa is situated in a lovely quiet area only 5 mins walk from the sandy beach in Bolnuevo. The shops and restaurants are also only 5 mins walk. The Villa is non smoking. We also have a full sized table tennis table. For more details see owners web site www.spainrent.net. The villa also has an extra floor with three extra bedrooms (one double and two singles) and two more bathrooms (one ensuite) available for no extra charge June to Sept and for an extra £100 May to Oct.

Bolnuevo is a Spanish town with international appeal, restaurants and shops, with many stunning beaches along the coast road. Only 25 mins drive away is Perchelles beach near 'Canada' is a must see destination. There are tennis courts nearby and two excellent golf courses within 20 minutes drive. The climate is dry, sunny and warm virtually all year round, with winter temps not going below 15 degrees and summer being mid 30's.The area has deserts and mountains as well as blue seas and sunbathing. The Batteries of Castillitos are situated 15km away and make an interesting trip where you can explore two massive guns that had a range of 35km.
