| The ground floor has 2 bedrooms each with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is a third smaller bedroom next to the kitchen with twin beds and en-suite bathroom. The spacious lounge offers digital TV, video and CD player is open plan to the dining room where all your party can eat around the large table this is also a pool table when the top is removed. Down a few stairs is the pool and covered BBQ area where you can enjoy some al fresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, hob and double oven, washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The master bedroom is ont he top floor with king size bed overlooking fantastic country views from its windows and it own private balcony the master bedroom also offers a walk - in dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
On the lower ground floor at pool level, there is a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment. |

The villa is only 5 minutes by car from the champion golf course of Penina, 20 minutes from the market town of Portimão with a large variety of cafes restaurants, bars and the beaches at Alvor and Praia da Rocha. The centre of historic town of Lagos and the Marina with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets is about a 15 minute drive away.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also about a 20 drive, with a variety of water sport activities available.
Palmares Golf course and Boa Vista Golf Course are a 20 to 25 minute drive away.
For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
