The villa is high on a wooded hillside in a quiet location with superb 180 degree views over the valley and bay of JAVEA. The villa comprises the Tower suite, Bali suite, Marrakech suite and three other bedrooms (two of which are children’s rooms with bunk beds) there are four bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is a large secluded sundeck with beautiful views over the valley and a 10 x 4.5 metre private swimming pool. external eating area. There is a snug lounge with fireplace under the tower for spring and autumn evenings. Fitted open plan kitchen with easy access for eating inside or out. The villa is comfortably furnished and ideal for a quiet relaxed holiday in a rural setting yet close to all facilities when required. The sandy beach, town and port of JAVEA, with all holiday facilities within a short driving distance. |

The Valley of Javea is full of holiday facilites and attractions yet still retains its old world Spanish charm with no high rise and a truly family holiday atmosphere. Restaurants, shops, sports and holiday activities all catered for.

for the new holiday season the already large living room will have been extended, the new entrance vestibule will come into use and the kitchen modernized with washing machine and dishwasher.

The villa is situated high on pine wooded slopes on the southern side of the beautiful valley of Javea. Access is by asphalted road, which winds its way up through wooded hillside. The location provides breathtaking 180-degree views over the valley of Javea spread out below with the bay of Javea giving stunning sea views as well. The shops, restaurants, beaches and all that Javea has to offer are just a short drive away.
Why Eagles Nest? When we bought the villa in January 2005 and started the renovation and redecoration we noticed Bonelli Eagles circling above the villa and nesting in the nearby mountainside, they have returned again for 2007.
