The house, recently restored, is built of brick. Inside the ceilings have exposed beams and traditional cotto tiles. It is of 130 sq.m, on two floors, semi-detaches, with fenced garden, of 2000 sq.m shared by large mature trees and besides olive and fruit trees. Also there is an private, 'above ground', oval swimming pool 7,30 x 3,75 metres.From the garden one straight the sitting room, which has an open fire in the corner. Through an archway is the kitchen, with a tiled central island. The bedrooms are light and airy. The simple design of the house and the quiet ambience offer an ideal place for a tranquil family holiday. Montepulciano, famous for its Vino Nobile and Pienza, the Renaissance dream of Pope Pius II Piccolomini, are a ten minutes driving distance.
