The house is located on the outskirts of the typical spanish village of Els Poblets, which is overlooked by mountains and surrounded by orange groves and in an excellent location to explore the Costa Blanca and only one hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia airports. Els Poblets beach is approx 5 minutes walk away. There are many bars and restaurants, shops, supermarket, a medical center, all a short walk away from the house. There is also a Tourist Board Information centre in Els Poblets where the staff are most helpful. Els Poblets is close to the towns of Denia, Oliva and Gandia boasting beautiful long beaches. You can also find the Vergel Safari Park 5 minutes from Els Poblets on the Pago road, a great day out for all the family.

The ancient town of Denia is nearby and has 7 wonderful beaches, ideal for relaxing, swimming, snorkelling and are ideal watersport venues.
This sunkissed town once owed its prosperity to raisin production and the tradition remains today. Try the 'Mistela' - a local sweet liqueur speciality distilled from raisins. Just a short distance inland is the La Sella Golf Resort and the Montgo nature park offering wonderful walks - as well as being a protected haven for the region's flora and fauna.

Javea is defined by the Cape of San Antonio and has many submerged caves, strange rock formations and a vastly rich marine life, as a consequence, Javea has become a favorite venue for naturalists, scuba divers and watersports enthusiasts.
Altea is noted for its arts and crafts markets and the town is now recognised as a mini cultural capital and hosts a new concert hall that offers an excellent dairy of events for music lovers.
