| This beautiful villa has been built to a high standard and is well maintained throughout. It is a few minutes walk from the local resturants and shop. Javea town with its lovely beaches, resturants, bars and shops is only 5 minutes drive away by car. The villa itself has a comfortably furnished lounge providing cable TV with a traditional Tosca stone archway leading into the dinning area. The main bedroom has a newly fitted en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with a seperate utility room with washing machine. The large glazed naya overlooks the garden and pool. Outside there is a built BBQ with a covered naya providing shade from the summer sun and a perfect setting for al fresco dinning. Due to its location and facilites this villa provides the perfect holiday accomodation for both couples and families of all ages. |

Javea is a traditioanl Spanish town, 1 hours drive north of Alicante, 1 hour south of Valencia and comprises of three main areas - the Arenal, the Old town and the Port. The Arenal has a beautiful sandy beach lined with a wide variety of bars, cafes, resturants and shops. The port area is home to a local fishing fleet and a modern marina, it has developed into a wonderfully cosmopolitan lunch/dinner destination with its waterfron resturants and cafe bars with the old town just beyond. Javea enjoys a subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in the summer and mild temperatures in the winter - making it the all year round perfect holiday desitnation.

EATING OUT AND PLACES TO SEE - The palmed lined sea front promenade of the port has a fantastic selection of resturants and bars overlooking the habour and Javea bay - from Spanish cuisine to Italian Pizzerias, steak house, Chinese and Indian - something for everyone. Or try the Arenal area for even more choice of dining and nightlife.
In addition to Javea´s fabulous beaches, scenery, bars and resturant, there are alot of other places nearby to see and visit. About 35 minutes away by car you have the wonderful Spanish theme park Terra Mitica, which is well worth a visit with it numerous themed rides. Aqualadia (water park) and Mundomar (animal water park) are again a great to visit. If you prefer something quieter (and less energetic) why not visit the Jalon Valley with its beautiful scenery and wonderfull bodagas, Algar waterfuls r the medieval mountain village and castle of Gudalest.

GOLF INFORMATION - The Costa Blanca has many renowed golf courses, two of which are within 20 minutes drive from the villa itself - Club de Golf Javea (9 holes) and La Sella Golf Course (18 holes). Located in Moraira is Club de Golf Ifach (9 holes), and slightly further a field is Oliva Nova Golf Club designed by Seve Ballesteros (18 holes). It is advisable to bring along you handicap certificate as this is almost always asked for.

GETTING TO THE VILLA - You can fly into either Alicante or Valencia airports. Both are just over 1 hour away with easy access to the AP-7 motorway. Car hire can be arranged, with a 10% discount on your behalf. Or, we can offer an airport transfer service to meet you at the airport and take you directly to the villa.
