| It has got a huge veranda, a fireplace outside and 3 balconies covered in flowers.
From the sheltered veranda and from the nord-est windows you have a view of Bonifacio, the franch Ilands of Lavezzi and Cavallo, easily reachable in ten minutes with a speed-boat, and finally the unpolluted Ilands of La Marmorata, easily accessible with a canoe, windsurf, sailing boat or with a little swimming.
The balcony has enough space to sit out in the evening and enjoy dinner.
The two little squares in front of the house of this holiday camp are meeting places for the summer evenings, and you can find in there a restaurant, two coffees with live music and show exhibitions.
The holiday camp is also provided with a well-stocked supermarket and a recreation ground for your children. |

You can reach la Marmorata:
by plane to the airports of Olbia, Alghero and Cagliari, or
by ship from the Ports of Toulon, Genova, Livorno, Piombino, Civitavecchia, Napoli e Palermo to the ports of Olbia, Palau, Porto Torres and Cagliari then take the car, bus or train to Oristano.
You have the further possibility to hire a car at you arrival or to use our public transport systems.

L’ATTIQUE se trouve environ à la distance de 100 metres de la plage.
Il est doué d’une vérandah avec une cheminée et des balcons couverts en fleurs.
Du balcon couvert ou bien par les fenetres, qui se trouvent sur le coté nord ouest de la maison, il est possible d’ admirer l’ Archipel de La Maddalena et Bonifacio, que vous pouvez atteindre en 10 minutes en bateau, et les ilées de La Marmorata, où il est possible d’ y aller en canoa, windsurf, voile, ou directement à la nage.
Les deux petites places du village turistique sont des agradeables lieux de rencontre pour les soirés d’ été, où on peut trouver un restaurant, deux cafés qui organisent des concerts et des spectacles.
Le village est pourvu aussi d’ un bien fourni supermarché et d’ un parque d’ attractions pour vos enfants.
Le village où se trouvent l’ attique et l’ appartement se trouve à 4km de Santa Teresa di Gallura, 15km de Palau et à 35km dec Porto Cervo.

EL ÁTICO surge aproximadamente a 100 metros de la playa.
Desde la galería cubierta y desde las ventanas que se encuentran en el lado noroeste de la casa, se pueden admirar las inmaculadas Islas de la Marmorata; a las cuales se puede llegar, ya sea en canoa, “pedalò”, windsurf, vela e incluso a nado en sólo algunos minutos. El Archipiélago de la Maddalena, Bonifacio y las islas francesas de “Lavezzi” y “Cavallò”: todo a una decena de minutos en lancha a motor.
La galería y el jardín ofrecen dos amplias mesas para la cena al aire libre y están iluminadas por lámparas de nicho incrustadas en las paredes exteriores de la casa.
En las dos plazuelas del pueblito –lugar de reencuentro nocturno- podemos encontrar dos piano bar y un restaurante; además del supermercado y un parque de juegos.
El pueblito turistico donde se encuentran el atico y el apartamento està a 4km de Santa Teresa di Gallura, a 15km de Palau y a 35km de Porto Cervo.

La CASA è un attico che sorge a circa 100 metri dalla spiaggia di sabbia.
Dalla veranda e dalle finestre lato nord-est della casa, si possono ammirare sia le incontaminate “Isole della Marmorata” (raggiungibili velocemente dalla spiaggia sottostante in canoa, pedalò, windsurf, vela o in pochi minuti di nuoto) che l'Arcipelago della Maddalena e le isole francesi di Lavezzi e Cavallò - tutte distanti dieci minuti con barca a motore.
L’attico, oltre al mare, domina le due piazze principali del villaggio, luogo d'incontro serale, attorno alle quali si trovano due pianobar, un ristorante, un supermercato e ad un parco giochi.
