a comfortable accommodation for 8
persons, small private pool with shallow end for children, bucolic views over the Tiber River and the
unspoilt countryside, offering peace and quiet, privacy. Well tended garden, lawn, swing, pool and garden
furniture, pool toys.
Description of La Ripa
Ground floor: livingroom with fireplace, country kitchen-dining room for 10 with panoramic patio off the kitchen for eating outdoors under a sun awning, bathroom with oversize stall shower.
Upper floor: master bedrooom with queen double bed, second bedroom wtih queen double bed, two bedrooms each with two twin beds, bathroom with tub and overhead shower.
Cantina: laundry room with washer, ironing board and iron.
Carport: for two cars

Arrivals on Saturday afternoon from 4 to 6, departures on Saturday morning before 10.
Rent includes weekly change of linens (bed, bath, kitchen, pool towels), cooking gas, pool and garden maintenance.
Rent also includes house cleaning midweek, Saturday, midweek for two week rentals and mid week cleaning for a one week rental.
NOT INCLUDED: telephone and electricity charged on meters, final cleaning charge 100 euros.
Security deposit 300 euros, in cash on arrival, returned on departure less charges.
Half of the rent is payable on booking, the balance 60 days before arrival.

Children most welcome. Crib, baby linens, high chair available at no charge. Swing in the garden, shallow
end in the pool, pool toys. List of

with the workings of the house, recommended restaurants, wines to taste, shops, local events of special interest, tour guides in English on Todi and Umbria.
