The entrance hallway provides access to the master suite whose stairway spirals around the hallway to the mezzanine above. The kitchen is fitted with the most modern appliances and finished off using natural slate and granite. The dining area has comfortable seating for eight with all doors and windows opening onto the pool. The living area provides an informal place to relax whilst providing easy access to the pool and gardens.
The upstairs master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Doors open onto the patio providing views across the rice paddy. similar views are available from both the bath and shower.
The garden provides seclusion from the rest of the Estate. There is a lakeside sala with hammocks to while away the afternoons.
Secure parking for 3 vehicles and 24hour security make this a perfect family home for holidays and long term rentals.

The Surin Springs Estate lies just off Phuket’s main west coast road, some 15 km north of the crowded, busy resort area of Patong but just a few hundred meters from relaxed, unhurried Surin Beach.
With forested Cherng Talay hills as a background, the Estate is set around a natural, spring-fed lake. The Estate consists of 8 villas and 8 apartments, many of which are for rent. The villas are placed 4 a piece, either side of the lake with the homely block of apartments situated at the head of the lake.
Surin Springs is +- 350m from Surin beach with its abundance of water sport activities including some great surfing during the low season.

Known locally as “Happy Lucky beach” after the 2004 Tsunami due to the fact that the area was practically unscathed, Surin is now one of the best beaches on the island.
The area has some great restaurants for both Thai and European food. Most notably are Carmen, Surin Bay Inn, Bianco Rosso, Silk at the Surin Plaza Spiders Web serves great coffee and Boom at Rim Klong does great Thai food.
For the more discerning gourmand, Oriental Spoon at Twin Palms is superb and The Chedi and Amanpuri and only 2 minutes away.
Most of the restaurants will do either take away or home delivery.
