This elegant Spanish villa is beautifully situated on a 2000 square metre garden with large private terraced swimming pool. South facing you are ensured of sunlight throughout the day. In addition there is an interior walled garden with in-built barbecue for private entertaining. The Naya (balcony) is glass enclosed with full length toscany arched windows which open fully in the summer. There is a fireplace in the sitting room for cosy winter evenings. The third bedroom is designed as a separate apartment - perfect for visiting relatives! Fully furnished and in a quiet neighbourhood you are 5 minutes from the shops, beach and golf course. It is situated a comfortable 55 minutes between either Alicante or Valencia airport, removing it in location from the more overly developed areas of the Costa Blanca.
