This elegant Spanish villa is beautifully situated on a 2000 square metre garden with large private terraced swimming pool. South facing you are ensured of sunlight throughout the day. In addition there is an interior walled garden with in-built barbecue for private entertaining. The Naya (balcony) is glass enclosed with full length toscany arched windows which open fully in the summer. There is a fireplace in the sitting room for cosy winter evenings. The third bedroom is designed as a separate apartment - perfect for visiting relatives! Fully furnished and in a quiet neighbourhood you are 5 minutes from the shops, beach and golf course. It is situated a comfortable 55 minutes between either Alicante or Valencia airport, removing it in location from the more overly developed areas of the Costa Blanca. Shopping and the town centre are also within 5 minutes.In addition the Port of Javea with its delightful restaurants is easily accessible. There are 3 golf courses in the area - one within 5 minutes drive. With a reputation as a friendly family resort, Javea possesses a long and respected history. The landscape ranges from rugged mountains to sandy coastlines and many see Javea as the gem of the Costa Blanca's 200 mile sun-blessed coastline. Retaining its distinctly Spanish flavour the attractive old town, with its tapas bars, blend comfortably with the more modern seafront and its array of shops, bars and restaurants below.
