A large villa with great sea views. It has 4 large bedrooms and has been tastefully decorated throughout. Lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen. With 2 Double Bedrooms (1 en suite)and 2 twin bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms having air conditioning. A second shower room / toilet. A large open terrace area with pool and plenty of seating and sun bed areas with sun or shade. There is also an outside cooking/kitchen area. The villa has the additional benefit of a games room which has a table tennis table, football game and darts. There is a local bar/restaurant 2 mins walk. Ideally situated in a quite area but only 5 minutes from the beach and shops by car or 25 minutes walking.

The villa is located close to the town of Calpe but away from the crowds. With local beaches only 5 mins by car Calpe itself boasts of many excellent shops, restaurants and bars. Set on the coastal strip between Moraira and Benidorm there are plenty of good beaches. As well as the usual holiday attractions there is Terra Mittica theme park, Aqualandia water theme park, Mundomar marine animal park and Terra Natura all nearby in Benidorm. All well worth a visit.
