Traditionally furnished, Castillian style villa. Open-plan 23ft x 15ft large lounge with generous seating, SKY TV, BBC1& 2, ITV, CH4, 5, SKY MOVIES, SPORT, Video, DVD, Music centre etc. leads into spacious round dining room and a well equipped kitchen. Downstairs - two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Upstairs, reached by an outside staircase, is a double bedroom with an English divan bed, FREE-TO-VIEW channels tv, video & dvd player, modern kitchenette, shower room, large balcony, patio furniture, overlooking the valley.
The covered balcony downstairs has patio furniture and sun awnings.
The Mediterranean colourful garden has many romantic statues and stone seating, with a lawn for sunbathing. Villa is entered by a tree-lined drive, through large lockable iron gates.
The local shops, pharmacy and restaurants are within 5-minutes walk, up-market town of Moraira is 1.5 km away. Alicante Airport is 1.5 hrs /100 kms drive by a motorway.

Moraira - Teulada are two upmarket towns with wonderful facilities but without the high rise developments which have affected some other regions. The area has a range of good restaurants and shops to suit all pockets.
Moraira - Teulada are easily reached by hire car from the Alicante airport and we shall provide you with detailed instructions from door to door. We recommend that you hire a car to be able to explore this beautiful area of Costa Blanca. There are several good car hire companies at Alicante airport.
If you have children, the Terra Mitica (a Disney-style theme park) or Aqualandia outside Benidorm are worth a visit. And in the evening for grown ups and older children Benidorm Palace is good value for money.
The ancient fortress of Guadalest is a must - you will drive through a lovely region of lemon and orange groves to reach Guadalest, all within an hour's drive from the villa.
The Jalon valley, a wine-growing region, is also worth a visit for it's charm and rustic restaurants. The area is a combination of vineyards, orange, lemon and almond groves with spectacular mountains on the horizon.
Springtime is especially beautiful when the groves are in blossom.
