Ciudad Quesada is located 30-40 minutes south of Alicante airport or 30 minutes north of Murcia airport. It is close to the A7 motorway for trips to Alicante (promenade and castle), Elche (park of palms), Murcia (Gardens, theatre), Cartagena (roman settlement)and Mar Menor (inland sea and golf). Not forgetting Benidorm, which is only an hour away. For the keen golfer, the 18-hole par 72 La Marquesa Golf Club is a few minutes drive away. Within an hours drive of the villa there are at least 12 golf courses. The nearest being Algorfa, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin to name a few. The beautiful Blue Flag sandy beaches of Guardamar are only a 10 minute drive away and the bustling town of Torrevieja with its nightlife, shopping, nature parks and salt-lakes is only 12km away. Children can enjoy the Aqua Park, Crazy Golf and Go-Karting, which are all located within Quesada.

Inside our detached 3 bedroom villa you will find all the comforts of home. Living room with air-conditioned and SAT TV; separate dining room with table and chairs. Steps at the back of the villa lead up to the rooftop solarium with good views of the sea and salt lakes. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob, electric kettle, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner and washing machine. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.
All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has air-conditioning and a king size bed.
Please supply own beach towels.
