The lower level is accessed by external steps that lead down to the lower terrace, seperate apartment. There is also a seating area, ideal for relaxing. The private swimming pool is located on this level with further terraces for sunbathing and admiring the lovely views. A portable gas BBQ is provided along with a covered dining area for 2 people. The apartment consists of a small kitchen, another comfortable lounge with local TV, DVD player and HiFi stereo player.A double bedroom with patio doors that open onto the pool terrace and a double bathroom.

An Information file is available for all local attractions . A fully refundable deposit of 100€ is required payable on arrival and returned as long as everything is in order on departure..

The owners live on the upper level of Casa Julio with there two dogs. There is a sepaerate entrance from the carport down to the apartment and pool level.All for the sole use of the guests. We need access to the pool terrace to clean pool, water plants and use the utility room.
